1. Services Offered
Promani provides wedding photography and videography services, as well as educational mentorship programs for photographers and videographers. Specific details about each service or program are outlined in their respective descriptions.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of our services or offerings at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in mentorship programs or make purchases through our website. By using our site or services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Payments
All fees for services and mentorship programs are due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or agreed upon in writing.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services without refund of any previous amounts paid.

4. Mentorship Programs
Mentorship opportunities are provided based on availability. Dates and locations are subject to change.
Mentorship is educational in nature and does not guarantee employment, representation, or future bookings with Promani.

Promani reserves the right to remove any participant from mentorship sessions for behavior deemed inappropriate, unprofessional, or disruptive without refund.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the property of Promani Weddings and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Photography and videography created during mentorships are for educational use only and may not be advertised as paid client work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promani Weddings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services or website.

Participation in mentorship programs and on-site events is at your own risk. Promani is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage to equipment, data, or personal property.

8. Cancellation Policy
Mentorship sessions and services are subject to our cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, you must provide written notice within the time frame stated in your booking agreement. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of fees paid.

In the rare event that Promani must cancel a mentorship or service, you will receive a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of UTAH, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located in the State of Michigan.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
